1. Turtle Position. The woman kneels down, placing her head and chest on the floor and raising her buttocks. The man holds the partner from behind by the waist or hips. The advantage is that the man gains even more control, as the woman is almost immobilized in the turtle position. However, she can adjust the angle of penetration by moving her hips.
