1. Drink when you feel hungry. Following a proper drinking regimen reduces appetite, normalizes digestion, and aids in weight loss. But it needs to be water, not tea or juices. You should drink at least two liters of plain, non-carbonated water a day, not counting other drinks. Place a bottle of water on your desk and drink a glass every hour. If you forget, set reminders on your smartphone. Drink a full glass half an hour before meals and immediately after eating. To make water seem more appealing and less monotonous, you can add pre-frozen pieces of lemon, lime, and orange at home.
