White crows do exist, and they are not albinos. Albinism is the absence of the pigment melanin, which makes the animal white, the eyes red, and the legs pink. But white crows exhibit leucism, wherein the pigment is only partially lost. Therefore, their plumage is white, but the eyes are usually blue. And they look very beautiful.
