A gigantic Louis Vuitton ship store has been built in the center of Shanghai for $14 million. The three-story boutique covering 1600 m² is spectacularly illuminated in the evenings, and aside from the store, there's an exhibition of the brand's history inside. Plus, there's a terrace with a café on the 'deck.' The building was designed in the shape of a liner for a reason: Shanghai is a port city. And this is a sort of tribute.
