Emotional burnout is a state where you regularly experience mental and physical exhaustion. It's a very insidious thing. You might feel that you're just tired: you're constantly lazy, and eventually, after a few weeks or a month, you suddenly hand in your resignation. Physical and mental exhaustion: you constantly feel very tired. Emotional detachment: unwillingness to communicate with anyone, distancing yourself from people. Decreased professionalism: you see no point in your actions, and you don't want to perform your usual tasks.
