Doctors have stated that to lose weight, one should eat spicy wings and spicy noodles. Peppers and some other spicy products contain capsaicin, which actively affects fat deposits, burns them, and also improves digestion. Additionally, eating spicy foods also improves circulation and the immune system, and triggers an adrenaline release, making us more alert, cheerful, balanced, and productive. An important note: such foods should not be consumed by people with gastritis and heartburn.
