Men are Happier in Relationships with Younger Partners

Men are significantly happier when they are in relationships with partners younger than themselves. Scientists in London selected 126 volunteers and divided them into two groups: those who are in relationships with women who are younger by 7 or more years and those whose partners are older. Men dating women younger than themselves had significantly higher overall relationship satisfaction than men dating older women. Interestingly, no such correlation was found among women - they can be equally happy in a marriage with both older and younger men.
