Xiaomi Launches Door Lock with Finger Vein Scan

Xiaomi has released a door lock that unlocks using a finger vein pattern scan - it's said to be safer and more accurate than a fingerprint, and it works even with dirty hands. The Smart Door Lock 2 Finger Vein Edition can also be opened with a smartphone/watch via NFC or Bluetooth, a key, or a PIN code. Additionally, there's a night vision camera and a display on the handle to see who has come to you.
