Children Can Choose Traits

The company Nucleus has introduced a service that allows you to select traits for your future children - much like creating a character in a game. The service works with embryos through IVF. Here’s how it works: Parents receive data on the embryos and upload it to the service. They configure the “traits” of their future child - gender, eye color, hair color, height, IQ, and also check the probability of hereditary diseases. The selected embryo is implanted into the uterus via IVF and in 9 months, a child is born. The cost of the procedure excluding the IVF and delivery - $5,999. However, there are no guarantees, only probabilities.
