Coffee helps maintain women's health. Scientists have found that each cup of coffee per day increases the chance of healthy aging in women by 2-5%. This effect accumulates up to 5 cups a day. At the same time, tea consumption does not have such an effect, and sugary carbonated drinks actually increase the risk of health issues in old age, even if they contain caffeine.
