Scientists have resurrected dinosaur skin - no, not to clone a Tyrannosaurus, but to make clothing and bags. The project originated from research in 1988, where collagen fragments were extracted from Tyrannosaurus fossils in Montana. Since then, science hasn't stood still - and with the help of AI, researchers have recreated the protein sequence and synthesized DNA to grow T.Rex skin in a test tube. The first clutches and trench coats are expected to appear by the end of the year.
