Scientists from the University of York have found that walks in nature are as effective as antidepressants. The study was conducted on a group of people with various mental health issues - in addition to regular treatment, they were also advised to spend more time outside engaging in activities. The results are impressive: participants' anxiety levels dropped by 55%, depression levels fell by 51%, and life satisfaction increased by 65%.
