Scientists have explained the cause of burnout that worsens mental health. If you sleep poorly, are constantly nervous, and get little sunlight, your brain lacks serotonin. To prevent this, there are five life hacks: 1. Improve gut health, as most of the hormone is produced there; 2. Consume protein containing tryptophan, as it is involved in serotonin production (hard cheeses, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt); 3. Do simple exercises for up to 40 minutes, can be done at home; 4. Sleep regularly and do not disrupt sleep cycles; 5. Go out in the sun more often.
